During the call, we’ll talk through travel ideas, timing, who you’ll be travelling with, and how you’d like the trip to feel. We’ll also explain how we work and which planning service would be the best fit.
3️⃣ Planning fee & proposal development
If you decide to proceed, a non-refundable planning fee is required before any research or itinerary design begins. Once confirmed, we begin developing a personalised itinerary and recommendations.
4️⃣ Review & refinement
You’ll review the proposed itinerary and share any feedback. We’ll refine the details and confirm arrangements as needed.
5️⃣ Pre-trip preparation
Your itinerary, confirmations, and key travel information are organised in a dedicated travel app for easy access before and during your trip.
6️⃣ Support throughout planning and travel
Support is provided throughout the planning process and during travel, in line with the service selected.
3. What are your planning fees?
Planning fees apply to all travel planning services and are confirmed following your complimentary consultation. Fees vary depending on the planning service selected, destination, number of travellers, and overall trip complexity. All planning fees are non-refundable.
Euphoria & Mikrokosmos
Planning fees start from USD $750.
Full-service concierge planning for single-destination, multi-country, or extended itineraries.
Paradise
Planning fees start from USD $500.
Itinerary design with booking flexibility.

4. Do you book flights as part of your services?
Flights are not included in our planning services and are booked independently by clients.

7. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Planning fees are non-refundable once the itinerary process has begun. Cancellation policies for accommodations and activities depend on the provider. We will inform you of these policies before booking and assist where possible.
8. Can you accommodate special requests or unique travel experiences?
We do our best to accommodate special requests and tailor experiences to your preferences. While not everything is always possible, we work with trusted local partners to arrange meaningful cultural experiences, private tours, and special touches wherever available.

Yes. We specialise in bespoke travel planning for families, friends, and small groups.
The Euphoria Plan is well suited for curated trips where coordination and ongoing support are important.
For longer or more complex journeys, including multi-destination or multi-country travel, the Mikrokosmos Plan provides additional structure and oversight.
10. How far in advance should I plan my trip?
For the best availability, we recommend planning 6–12 months in advance, particularly for complex itineraries or peak travel periods. We’re always happy to advise on shorter-notice travel where possible.
