Our services include bespoke itinerary planning, full-service travel arrangements, VIP hotel bookings with exclusive perks, luxury experiences, and BTS-inspired journeys across South Korea and Asia.


2. How does the planning process work?
Our planning process is designed to be seamless and personalised:

1️⃣ Submit an Enquiry – Complete our travel form with your preferences.

2️⃣ Consultation – Within 72 hours, we'll schedule a complimentary call via Google meet/Zoom.

3️⃣ Proposal Development – After the planning fee is received, we begin crafting your personalised itinerary. (Note: Planning fees apply only to itinerary design and trip coordination.)

4️⃣ Review & Finalisation – You’ll review the proposal and share any feedback, and we’ll finalise the full travel details.

5️⃣ Pre-Trip Preparation – You receive all travel documents, itineraries, and important info via a dedicated travel app.

6️⃣ Enjoy Your Journey – Travel with confidence, knowing we’re here for ongoing support throughout your trip.


3. What are your planning fees?

Planning fees vary based on the level of service and trip complexity:


  • Stay Gold – VIP Hotel Booking Service:
    Complimentary - If you simply want to take advantage of the VIP benefits by booking your hotel with us.

  • For destination & hotel research only (without full trip planning), a good-faith deposit is required. Credit card details are collected in advance but only charged if no booking is made or if communication ceases after planning begins.


  • Paradise, Euphoria, & Mikrokosmos plans: Planning fees typically start from USD$500 per week of travel. Final pricing depends on the number of travellers, length and complexity of your trip. Personalised quotes are provided after your complimentary consultation.
  • 📝 Please note that these fees cover planning and coordination services. Costs for accommodations, transport, and experiences are billed separately unless otherwise specified.


4. Do you book flights as part of your services?

Currently, we do not book flights. Clients are responsible for their own airfare.

6. How do I get started?

To begin planning your trip, fill out our enquiry form with as much detail as possible and we’ll follow up within 72 hours to schedule your complimentary consultation.


7. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Planning fees are non-refundable once the itinerary process has begun. Cancellation policies for accommodations and activities depend on the provider. We will inform you of these policies before booking and assist where possible.


8. Can you accommodate special requests or unique travel experiences?

We will do our best to accommodate special requests and tailor experiences to your preferences. Whilst we don’t have direct access to everything, we do work with trusted partners to arrange unique cultural experiences, private tours, and exclusive activities wherever possible.


9. Do you offer services for group or custom travel?

Yes! We specialise in bespoke travel planning for families, friends, and small groups seeking a seamless experience, whether it’s a special celebration, multi-city holiday, or an extended journey across Asia.

Our Euphoria Plan is ideal for curated trips that bring people together with ease and intention. From premium hotel stays and exclusive perks to tailored itineraries and smooth logistics, we take care of the details so you can enjoy the moments.

If you're planning something more complex, like a multi-destination journey or coordinating travel across countries, our Mikrokosmos Plan offers comprehensive support for longer or layered itineraries.


10. How far in advance should I plan my trip?

For the best availability, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for complex itineraries and peak travel seasons. However, we will do our best to accommodate any last-minute requests whenever possible. 


11. What destinations do you specialise in?

We specialise in South Korea and other destinations across Asia, offering extensive knowledge of hotels, cultural attractions, and hidden gems to create an unforgettable travel experience.
