If you decide to proceed, a non-refundable planning fee is required before any research, hotel sourcing, or itinerary design begins. Once confirmed, we’ll begin developing your personalised itinerary based on the agreed scope.

You’ll review the proposed itinerary and share your feedback. We’ll refine the details and confirm arrangements as needed, depending on the service selected.
5️⃣ Pre-trip preparation
